Bairro's little brother, who has been in Athens for 6 years, is conveying the idea of a neighborhood for the first time outside Attica, signaling a new era for the island of Paros.

Bairro's team travels from Athens to the island bringing unique recipes with it combining international flavors with creative Greek cuisine. Classic recipes that come up in contemporary dishes through state-of-the-art techniques and excellent raw materials.
